If what we ship is not what you bought, we will gladly resolve the issue otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any pre-existing signs of use and abuse will be included in the listing; we DO NOT list, sell or ship broken, damaged goods UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. We examine every item that we list and aim to give the most accurate and honest descriptions as well as to provide clear photographs illustrating the condition and characteristics of an item. Additional photographs and information are available upon request - please ask all pertinent questions PRIOR to purchasing. Regarding Jewelry: All measurements are approximations and may vary slightly. Our diamond tester is capable of distinguishing between diamond, moissanite & CZ however, it is NOT capable of distinguishing between natural & lab-created stones. We are not trained appraisers or certified jewelers so any attempt to identify a gemstone, color or clarity is an educated guess and NOT an expert opinion. Please take these limitations into consideration before purchasing. While all sales are final, there are always exceptions to a rule; as such, we will handle issues on a case by case basis, respectively. You must contact us within a day of receipt & the return must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt, if a return is required. If a return is sent outside of the allotted time frame, package acceptance will be refused and no refund will be issued. Please note, buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. All items will be shipped insured, with tracking and signature confirmation. We accept payment through PayPal or Money Order by mail - ONLY. Credit Card payments over the phone are strictly prohibited. We will only ship to your registered PayPal address so please ensure your information is correct prior to purchase. We will ONLY ship to the lower 48 states without exception.
